We collect customer names, service addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, booking and service details, communications, and necessary gate codes or access instructions. Technicians take before-and-after bin photos for service verification and quality. Our website may collect technical data through cookies or similar technologies, depending on its configuration.
How We Use & Share Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and perform services, manage accounts, communicate about appointments and billing, resolve concerns, protect operations, and maintain required records. We use service providers for booking, payment processing, messaging, and website operations and may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell customer contact information or text-message marketing consent to third parties for their own marketing.
Payments
Payments are processed through Jobatory and Stripe. AZ Bin Boss does not directly collect or store customers’ card or bank account details. Our Jobatory business dashboard does not show card details, payment status, or transaction history; it may alert us to unsuccessful payment attempts. Payment providers handle payment information under their own policies.
Service Photos & Property Access
Bin photos may document work, verify quality, and resolve disputes. Non-identifying bin photos may be used in marketing; identifiable customers, homes, people, or private details require permission. We exclude names, addresses, gate codes, license plates, and identifying metadata from photos used without individual permission. Gate codes are used only as needed to access bins and are intended to be deleted when no longer needed after services and related matters conclude, subject to legal and system limitations.
Texts, Emails & Marketing Choices
We may send service-related texts and emails about appointments, scheduling, and billing. Promotional texts and emails require separate, optional marketing consent, independent of service terms. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in promotional emails. For assistance, contact us directly. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of messages does not cancel a cleaning subscription.
Cookies, Retention & Security
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, and preferences; third-party technologies may also operate depending on website configuration. Browser settings can limit cookies, though features may be affected. General inactive customer account information may be retained for up to three years after the later of last service or account closure, unless longer retention is needed for legal, tax, accounting, or disputes. Photos, access details, and messaging records may follow separate retention needs. We maintain reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
